How to remove deleted records from flex.bi automatically (deletes_after)

Introduction

By default, the HansaWorld REST API does not report deleted records. This means that when you delete something in Standard ERP (SERP), flex.bi still keeps it in reports. You can prevent this by setting up deletion synchronisation in SERP, so flex.bi can remove deleted records automatically.

Enable deletion synchronisation in Standard ERP (SERP)

To activate synchronisation features:

1. Go to “Technics Module -> Settings -> Synchronisation Settings”

2. Check the “Activate” box.

To Ensure sequence numbers are preserved across exports/imports and after system upgrades Enable Sequence Number Export in Settings:

1. Go to “System Module -> Settings -> Optional Features”

2. Check "Export sequence numbers (synchronisation)" box under “Options” section

Turn it on in flex.bi
